Booking and collection

We offer a reduction on most tickets at most performances for disabled visitors. These discounts are listed on our show pages. Additionally, patrons attending in wheelchairs can purchase their choice of tickets at the equivalent price to the advertised Upper Circle rate.

For technical reasons wheelchair positions can be purchased via the telephone or in person only and are not available via online sales.

Book in advance

You can book tickets in advance by phone and in person from 9:30 to 17:00 Monday to Saturday (and until 20:00 on most performance nights). Staff are happy to help with individual needs.

The Box Office is on the ground floor directly opposite the main swing doors on the right hand side of the building.

Support when phoning

You can use the Next Generation Lite app when phoning the Box Office. By connecting your phone to a Relay Assistant, the app allows you to read what the other person is saying and either talk or type your response.


You can collect tickets from here on the night and in advance. All reservations should be paid within three days of booking by cash or card (MasterCard, Visa and Maestro).

There are two counters, one is 110cm high and one is 75cm high. There is an induction loop system at the lower Box Office counter, which is suitable for customers with a 'T' setting on their hearing aids.


Sales and discounts

We also offer sales via online bookings, though wheelchair positions, seats on row V of the Stalls, Boxes and some discounts (including hynt scheme discounts) are not available via this method.

Ticket sales for Relaxed Performances are also only available via the Box Office




We offer discounts for disabled people, people over 60, students and claimants at most New Theatre performances. Prices vary according to shows.

Members of the hynt scheme can bring personal assistants / carers to attend at no cost

Due to the conditions of the hynt scheme, tickets cannot be posted out in advance and need to be collected in person before the performance.
